Raleigh-based Event Management Firm Joins List of Top Global Event Companies
RALEIGH, N.C. – The Special Event Company has been named to Special Events magazine’s 16th annual list of 50 Top Global Event Companies. The annual list from Special Events, the oldest and most highly respected journal in the international live event community, distinguishes the leading players in event management and production industry worldwide. The inclusion of The Special Event Company in the coveted Top 50 is the first for the WBENC-certified woman owned business, reflecting its continued growth on local, national, and international levels.
The Raleigh, N.C.-based company, which averages 75 events per year, welcomed a diverse list of clients and events in 2017. Assignments included more than 25 events during the Boy Scouts of America 2017 National Jamboree; a series of user conferences and workshops for Google/YouTube throughout South America, Mexico, North America and Canada; high-level financial institution sales meetings corporate leadership conferences across the U.S. and incentive trips to New York City and Napa, Calif. The company also produces regional programs such as the N.C. CEO Forum.
