The technical services team at The Special Event Company provides full-service event productions and planning. Our team guides our clients on creative designs, venue planning, technical drawings, and event direction from concept to completion. Design/Concept
We identify our client’s needs, goals, and desired outcomes during our discovery process. We help identify the type of event, the attendees, venue needs, and any themes. Then we set out to design and deliver an event that matches these goals.
We develop a conceptual design, using 2D CAD Designs and drafting, 3D renderings, and technical engineering. We start with a set design and add the important and applicable elements for the event.
Pre-Show Planning
Once we have a completed design and concept, we move into the planning phase of our events. We work with our clients to help source the right talent or entertainment, source all the right equipment and staging, put together the right technical and stage crew, and help develop the script and show flow.
Our team of producers, ensure all logistical planning is covered before arriving on site. This helps to mitigate risk and potential issues on site. Therefore, delivering a flawless event for our clients.
During Show
Our final step is delivering a flawless event for our clients. Once we get to the event date and have completed all our planning and preparation, we arrive on-site to manage and direct our event.
Whether it’s an event at a hotel, convention center, arena, outdoor venue, or virtual event, our talented team of Show Callers and Technical Directors manages all aspects of the event. More than just audio and video, we manage all rigging, stage management, special effects, labor, streaming & broadcasting, and power.
